When we clicked on the FAQ page, we thought we would be directed to a dedicated FAQ page, but instead, we were directed to a support form. Nothing about the service or how it works on that page.
However, what we did find are two trusted review websites that also gauge whether a website is safe and trusted, or unsafe and risky. Those two sites are Scamadviser and Trustpilot.
Scamadviser gives the SocialPros website a 48 Percent in trust, and categorizes it as a suspicious website, as we expected. A few of the factors mentioned on Scamadviser include:
- The site is very young
- Alexa ranking is very low
- No websites are linked to this one
- An internal review system is used by this website
The only positive element Scamadviser mentions is that SocialPros has online shopping features.
Trustpilot shows this site as average with a 3.2 out of 5 stars. The only review on this third-party site is negative. It mentions issues such as:
- No confirmation mail sent on second order.
- It took a week to respond to a support email when they claim they reply within a few minutes.
- When they did respond, nothing came of it.
- This site is either run by bots or at least uses bots.
Honestly, we cannot in good conscience recommend this social media growth service for your Instagram or any other social media platform you use.
We really feel like this company is just out to take your money without delivering services as promised on the website. We believe it’s a scam.

Big time scam. They charged me and never delivered the Twitter followers that were paid for. I have reached out several times with no response. AVOID THIS SERVICES!!!

I’ve called it a scam outright at the end of the review, it doesn’t get stronger than that. But it could be more prominent, so I have added a warning at the start of the article.
Socialpros is a scams!
I paid in and ran out of money … I asked them for an answer, but they did not answer.
I am the latest victim! Thank god, I only lost $5.50
But honestly, Google should take such scammers down. They still freely are displayed on google results hunting for new victims!
