SocialPilot Service Comparison

SocialPilot is another social media growth company that claims to be everything you need when it comes to your branding online. Of course, we have our doubts, which we will talk about in detail below.
The thing about the social media marketing industry is that it is now one of the most popular and one of the most crowded.
If you are on various social media networks, and you are using them to try and bring more attention to your brand, you will know that it is difficult to do everything by yourself.
If you still work a full-time or even a part-time job, it is hard just to figure out how to create all of your content, let alone come up with the right engagement growth strategy plan.
This is where the social media marketing industry comes in – but it is not all sunshine and rainbows.
I’m Jonathon Spire. I have a lot of experience in this industry, which means that at this point, I have seen it all.
I have seen companies who are legit and have been helping their clients with their social media growth for years, but on the flip side of this, I’ve also seen companies that are just a scam and are just trying to take advantage of their clients.
If you are relatively new to the social media marketing scene, you might struggle to figure out how to tell the difference between these two types of companies.
Let’s review SocialPilot, and decide whether we think they’re worth your time or not.
SocialPilot Review 2022
SocialPilot is one of those social media growth companies that are very sure of themselves.
They said that they have everything you need to hit your social media marketing goals, and they also promise they have really good pricing as well. We think that they are a bot.
What is SocialPilot?
SocialPilot is a company that, at first glance, has a lot going for it. On their website, they seem to be very excited to share their features with their clients, and they even have a free trial that you can check out without having to share your credit card information.
They say that they have insightful analytics, powerful publishing, and seamless collaboration, which implies that they can get everything done for you, and you don’t have to pay more than is necessary.
What are SocialPilot’s Features?
SocialPilot Says that they can help you engage efficiently with their social inbox so that you can reply to all your messages, comments, and posts within one dashboard. This is going to save you a lot of time so that you don’t have to go in between all of your different social networks to interact with your community.
They say that they can also help you collaborate with teams and discover and publish popular content with a bulk upload feature, as well as a curated content feature as well.
SocialPilot also talks about how they can help different types of clients, depending on why you are online with your brand. This means that they have unique features for small businesses and professionals, as well as teams and marketing agencies that need a bit of a boost when managing multiple social media platforms at once.
Another thing that they talk about is that they can customize their features to suit your specific needs and configure all of your posts so that they fit in with different social media platform requirements.
Their ultimate goal is to help you become a more productive social media marketer, but our concern is that they just automate everything.

What is SocialPilot’s Pricing?
As far as we can tell, SocialPilot just has one package for you to choose from, which is a little disappointing. It would be nice if they could diversify and have multiple packages for their clients so they can cater to more demographics and budgets.
Their one package is going to cost you $30 a month, and they are determined to compare this with other company’s price points out there in an attempt to look like they’re the best. With this, you can get help with 25 profiles and connect to three of their team members.
You will also get priority support, which means that they will be in touch with you in less than 4 hours.
How Did SocialPilot Do in Tests?
SocialPilot was put to the test, just like we do with every other company that we review. Right from the get-go, we were disappointed. Their engagement didn’t come across any other way than spammy, and we didn’t even get the customer support that we were expecting.
A lot of the engagement that they found for us started to drop off again after just a couple of days, which means that it has a really low retention rate. You don’t need this if you are trying to take your brand seriously online.
What About Their Team?
Another really easy way to tell if a company is legit or not is by looking at the kind of information they have on their website. If they have a lot of information about the people behind their features, then this means that they are prepared to be accountable to their clients from the very beginning.
You might be able at this point to guess that we couldn’t really find too much information on SocialPilot’s website about the people who are supposed to be behind their features.
SocialPilot User Reviews
So, at this point, we think it is safe to say that we don’t like SocialPilot, and don’t think that you should be using them for your social media marketing growth.
If you are brand new to this industry, and you don’t know what to look for, you could be convinced by this kind of company, but you don’t want to get sucked into features that are cheap and automated.
It is going to be much better for your brand’s online presence to find another company that is prepared to do everything authentically so that you can preserve your online reputation and get the help that you really need.
Avoid companies like SocialPilot, and you will be a lot better off.
