The website seems a little cartoony to me, but that doesn’t bother me as much as the pricey services and WOT rating.
This is a new website that carries the Instagram logo as a form of endorsement. That endorsement is false, as Instagram actively closes down these services because they breach Instagram’s terms of service.
Their lack of support, real onsite reviews, limited FAQ and help pages, the copyright infringement, and the fact that it’s a generic bot prompt me to say it’s a high-risk service.
While their software is quite sophisticated and capable of performing with some accuracy your engagement, the risk to your account being associated with an Instagram bot. Also, if they get closed down, you will have lost your hard-earned money on it.
Personally, I am disturbed by their lack of care regarding website security, copyright infringement, and reported spam from using their service.
I cannot say that Tailwind doesn’t provide valid, viable, and credible services, but I can describe what the pros and cons of their website features.

While this company may turn around and make some changes, you can’t wait around for that.

The site and payment gateways are safe, so I won’t say they are unsafe to use. Because they obviously use botting technology, I consider them at least a 50/50 risk.
I don’t recommend using a service that makes their payment challenging or that uses bots.
