Even though they have a money-back guarantee based on their assurance that you will get thousands of followers through them, I suspect it’s an Instagram bot.

While all these features seem appealing, I am personally bothered by the lack of monthly pricing for the agency/reseller plan. I understand that is a customized plan, but there should at least be something to indicate a range.
Is WonGram safe?
I’m going to cover the positives and negatives of WonGram and then discuss it a bit further in the Final Thoughts.
Positives
- Https Secure Website – There is nothing unique or surprising that they have made the effort to include the https secure site protocol. After all, without it, they won’t rank in Google, so there’s that. It’s also crucial for customers who share their information on the website because it’s designed to keep it safe from hackers.
- Transparency Pricing – With the exception of the agency/reseller package, WonGram is transparent about its features and pricing. They have even put their pricing on a separate page, which means someone took some time and some effort to build the website.
- Real Reviews – I found this an odd thing. Their reviews do seem to be real and from active Instagram accounts. While there is still a chance that these are paid reviews, they still seem real.
Negatives
- Email/Phone Form – Fail. Online businesses are prone to having an email and phone form for contact purposes on their websites. This is how they maintain a viable customer database for those times when they need to notify them of updates to the website and other important notifications.
- 24/7 Customer Support – Not there. There is a chatbox at the lower right corner of the website that lets you send a chat message to the team, but it doesn’t appear to be manned 24/7. Therefore, that claim of 24/7 customer service is a farce.
- Verified Payment Gateway – No. The best this company wanted to do is provide you with a way to pay through PayPal. They couldn’t be bothered to provide you with an authenticated payment gateway that protects your payment information. This is NOT safe.
- FAQ/Help Page – Missing. It is standard practice for most sites like this to have at least a few FAQs on the website, but there are none. How can you get to know them before you sign up without this information?
The negatives alone prompt me to say this site isn’t safe. It’s just too risky to use.
Final Thoughts
WonGram is using the word “gram” in their name, which violates Instagram’s copyright. This is a legal issue that is likely to get them banned from Instagram in the near future. I recommend seeking out a credible Instagram growth service.
