When thinking about using an Instagram company like Wizz Social, it’s important to know whether they’re safe or not. Every company has its pros and cons.
Positives:
- Secure Site: this feature used to be hard to achieve among companies like this – and now it’s easy. In fact, when you visit companies like this, you’ll find that most of them have made sure to secure their website with https. They are now seeing the merit in making sure that they protect their website and the data that is stored within. It’s also a great way to rank on Google better – if you’re not on Google, potential customers have no way of finding you.
- Visible Pricing: as you can see from above, we were able to find their price points and see what you get with each price point. We must say here, however, that we do find Wizz Social to be on the expensive side. While you don’t want downright cheap, you do want to find something that’s going to be affordable, and more importantly, something that reflects the quality of the service. Instagram engagement doesn’t have to be this expensive.
- FAQ and Help Page: we’re pleased to see that Wizz Social have included an FAQ page on their website. Without this, you’re going to struggle to know too much about them before you commit to a service, so features like this while they may seem insignificant are actually really important. The more you know about a company, the better you can feel when you do end up signing up for one of their services.
- 24/7 Customer Support: judging by their price packages and the features you get with each one, these guys do have customer support that you can communicate with on a 24/7 basis if you need to. This is potentially one of the most important parts of running a service like this – if your clients have technical issues and can’t get a hold of you, they’re going to become frustrated very quickly and may not renew their subscription. This indicates that they prioritize the safety and security of their clients, which is what we like to see.
- Real Reviews: we’re going to put their reviews in the positive column because they have Instagram handles attached to each one. It’s difficult to argue with a company who can trace their reviews back to Instagram itself – but there is always the slight chance that these Instagram users are either fake or were paid to say what they did. Either way, we have to take their word for it at this point and say they’re real.
Negatives
- Email and Phone Form: this one is a common feature for companies to miss on their list, but this doesn’t mean that it’s not as important as the others. In fact, it’s inherent that you are able to collect your client’s information, especially if you’re going to need to get in touch with them at some point about updates to the service or a technical issue. It’s going to be difficult for Wizz Social to communicate with their clients without this.
- Payment Gateway: a lot of companies like this these days decide to have their users pay them through PayPal, which is not a negative thing necessarily. However, we would like to see Wizz Social invest in payment gateway security, so that their clients have the option fo paying through the website if this is what they prefer. You shouldn’t share credit card information on a website that doesn’t have this feature.
Final Thoughts
At the end of the day, Wizz Social has positive reviews that appear to reflect their quality services. While for the most part, they’re nothing more than your average bot, they don’t seem to be doing too much harm.
We would probably still recommend other companies above these guys, but there’s not a lot to fault at the same time.
One thing we will say is that their price points are a bit high, which is disappointing – you definitely don’t need to pay this much for your Instagram marketing. Beyond this, they appear to be your everyday Instagram marketing company.
