We Grow Social Review 2024

We Grow Social is an Instagram growth company that has a lot to say about their features. They think that they are pretty good, but we’re having our doubts, even this early.

Even after a few years of reviewing Instagram growth online companies, I am still a little surprised at the lengths some companies will go to when it comes to trying to convince you to use them for your Instagram growth.

Just when you think you have read it all, these companies keep trying the same old tactics of cloning websites, using fake followers, and using account-hazardous bots.

There is nothing wrong with being careful about the third-party online companies you choose to help you with Instagram growth. As a matter of fact, it’s smart to be careful.

The companies that make this kind of outsourcing look bad should be called out so that Instagram users can choose their company wisely.

This review about We Grow Social will give you a heads up about this company so you know what it’s about and what they do before you invest in their services.

The companies in the Instagram growth industry can be divided into two categories – those that are bots, and a scam, and those that are authentic and legit.

If you haven’t had a lot of experience working with companies like this, then you’ll have a hard time discerning the big differences between them. However hard it may be, though, it’s important to be able to choose the right ones, so that you don’t ruin your profile’s reputation.

I’m Jonathon Spire. The Instagram growth industry has been getting harder to work with, but this doesn’t mean that there aren’t some great companies out there still.

Let’s review We Grow Social, and figure out whether they’re worth your time and energy or not.

What is We Grow Social?

We Grow Social logo

Simply put, We Grow Social markets their company as an Instagram growth service. There is nothing special in that since so many others advertise the same way.

They claim to grow your Instagram using organic methods for organic and real growth. They say they can help you gain hundreds of real followers each month at one affordable price.

Let’s look at their features and prices.

Is We Grow Social Safe?

Now that you know what they claim to offer, it’s time to cover their safety, security, and credibility.

The fact that they have a very young site is a bit concerning. While they could be legit and above board, they haven’t had enough time to grow a reputation among existing clients, so it’s difficult to tell.

They need a bit more time to prove their worth. Another thing that’s concerning is that they use a bot for their clients’ growth, and they aren’t too forthcoming about company information.

Both of these are red flags. As we mentioned, a bot is going to put your profile at risk of being suspended or banned, and not knowing enough about a company before you commit means that you take a big risk.

The Problems with Fake Engagement and Instagram Bots

Even though this is common knowledge, or it should be by now, suspicious activities on Instagram are prohibited by the platform’s terms.

The latest algorithms have been updated and are capable of detecting more suspicious activities than before.

IG’s very own ToS (Terms of Service) clearly state that bots, fake engagement, and automation are strictly prohibited on the platform.

However, since some forms of this engagement are considered acceptable by a few marketers, influencers, and Instagrammers, these methods of engagement and growth are still used.

It’s important to note that using these methods for Instagram engagement are not illegal per se. However, the platform has set up consequences for using them.

When Instagram’s algorithms catch bots, automation, and/or fake engagement that appear spammy or suspicious, your account is at risk for getting at least suspended, and at worst, totally banned forever under that username.

You may also know already that not everyone gets caught, so people continue to use these methods for Instagram engagement.

There are a few safe, reliable, and reputable services online that keep things under the radar to help you grow and engage organically and naturally. These few companies do offer high-quality engagement that will prompt more real user engagement.

On the other side of the coin, there are several that pose a high risk to your IG account because of spammy and fake engagement that is easily detected by Instagram.

The latest update to said algorithms are smarter and better at detecting low-quality engagement, which has resulted in some rather popular companies getting bad reviews because the service simply no longer works for its clients.

This review about We Grow Social demonstrates some of these suspicious activities that you need to avoid.

Review Verdict

I am not one to consider a website as a scam unless it is warranted, but when they are patterned after known fake selling sites, I am extremely cautious. I recommend that you be the same.

We cannot condone the use of bots to grow your Instagram, though.

Final Thoughts About We Grow Social

Not only do we not condone or recommend the use of bots or fake engagement, we inform our readers of the risks as well as provide ways to differentiate between the good and bad services.

We do not tell our readers how to engage on Instagram. We do provide information and expert advice about the various options available to them and if they pose a risk, or if they are safe to use.

Doing your own research about all these companies is something we highly recommend. The ultimate decision for how you engage and grow on Instagram is up to you.

User reviews will tell you what others like you have experienced using a service. While there are real user reviews on third-party sites like Trustpilot, sometimes these companies pay people to slip fake, positive reviews in there to boost their ratings.

More often than not, Trustpilot detects fake positive reviews and will remove them from the profile of the company that paid for them. Fake positive reviews are something that Trustpilot doesn’t allow.

We Grow Social has a 1.6 out of 5 stars for a rating on Trustpilot. 67% of the user reviews on Trustpilot for this company are bad.

One way to tell the difference between a real user review and a fake one is to notice the details in the review. Most fake positive reviews are vague, with few details about why they like the company so much.

On the other hand, real negative reviews are loaded with details and the disappointments the users experienced.
Also, The Small Business Blog recommends completely avoiding We Grow Social.

  1. I was pitched by this company and decided to give it a shot. After signing up and paying through their website, I received no receipt via email to acknowledge the purchase. They did not respond to several emails or the Contact form on their website. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company to reverse the charge, since absolutely no services have been rendered.

I blog about a range of tech topics.

For the last 7 years I have been a social media marketing specialist and business growth consultant, so I write about those the most.

Full transparency: I do review a lot of services and I try to do it as objectively as possible; I give honest feedback and only promote services I believe truly work (for which I may or may not receive a commission) – if you are a service owner and you think I have made a mistake then please let me know in the comments section.
