The Chrons Review 2024

Building your following on Instagram plays a major role in your engagement and overall business profits these days. It’s best to follow the rules of engagement on Instagram, but many people fall into the temptation trap of so-called Instagram growth services that disappoint with their fake followers and bots.

What’s a business owner to do when they fall into the hands of these problematic companies? The risk of losing your Instagram privileges may not seem important to you. After all, you can start over with another email, right? That may be true, but there are still repercussions you’ll face with your reputation due to the banning.

With so many choices, how can you know where to turn for help when you need to grow your follower base on Instagram?

Let’s discuss The Chrons and see what they have to offer and if they’re safe.

What is The Chrons?

The Chrons is a third-party, online company that sells Instagram growth. The first thing I noticed about their website is that it loads poorly and very slowly.

They tout themselves as an “Instagram Megaphone for Brands & Businesses”, but with some checking, their services involve simple Instagram bot technology.

Let’s look at what they claim to offer.

What Are The Chron’s Main Features?

They call their services “gigs”, so let’s stick with that and discuss it.

  • Pre-Packaged Gigs supposedly tested and hand-picked for social media marketing.
  • Relationship Building – They claim they are dedicated to supporting their clients and provide quality services to grow your Instagram.
  • Brand Amplification – Expert social media marketers help get your business growing.

Depending on what want, you choose from three Instagram “gigs” (they also have something for Twitter).

  • Instagram Growth
  • Instagram Engagement
  • Instagram Content

Is The Chrons Safe?

While they might provide content, their services are mostly based on botting technology that does the rest of the work. I think this site and service is moderately safe, though they are much like Mass Planner.

The site pros and cons:

Pros

  • Secure https site
  • Transparency in pricing
  • FAQ page
  • Form fill contact
  • Verified payment gateways
  • Real onsite reviews
  • Seemingly real case studies

Cons

  • They likely use Instagram Bots for engagement

Final Thoughts

This site and service are relatively new to the scene, therefore I am withholding any further opinions until they either develop a following or fade away into the online abyss.

  1. I signed up for the free trial to get 150 followers as they promise on their website, but it turned out to be a lie. I maybe got 50 followers in those three days and they don’t even look real. The accounts are fake and I doubt that it’s any different if you pay for the service.

  2. I tried to sign up for The Chrons and gave up halfway through. Their sign up form is all over the place. Their designer did a terrible job with the user interface. They’re asking you to answer all sorts of questions that are unnecessary.

  3. The Chrons have terrible customer support. I had an issue with their service and tried contacting customer support in order to resolve it, but it took ages for them to respond and they weren’t very helpful. I only used this service for a few months. Customer support completely ruined my experience.

  4. This service seems quite expensive. I don’t think I can afford something like that. I’m looking for a more budget-friendly option. I don’t want to use free services though, because I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about people losing their accounts. Any ideas?

I blog about a range of tech topics.

For the last 7 years I have been a social media marketing specialist and business growth consultant, so I write about those the most.

Full transparency: I do review a lot of services and I try to do it as objectively as possible; I give honest feedback and only promote services I believe truly work (for which I may or may not receive a commission) – if you are a service owner and you think I have made a mistake then please let me know in the comments section.
