Is it legal?

It is legal to use our application if:

the target device belongs to your child which is under 18 y.o.;
the target device belongs to an adult who gave their consent.

Can I monitor by phone number or IMEI?

If you see an advert saying such a thing is possible--you must not believe the lie.
It is nothing but an attempt to steal from you.

Can I monitor Snapchat/Whatsapp/Facebook?

If you need to track an iOS device (iPhone/iPad), you will get Facebook and Whatsapp logs.

If you need to track an Android (Samsung, Huawei, etc), you will get Snapchat/Whatsapp/Facebook logs.

Will it work in my country?

Yes, our application works in every country. Make sure the target device has internet access which will suffice for the monitoring.

Can I install xMobi remotely? Do I need physical access?

Android solution:
you will need physical access to install the app on the target Android. Sadly, there is no other way around it.

iOS solution:

you might not need physical access to the target device;
you would submit the Apple ID & password of the target device to start receiving logs;
if a 6-digit Verification code is asked after the previous step, however, you may ask the device owner for the code or access the device to get it personally.

How many devices can I monitor?

1 subscription = 1 device.
But the subscription is not bound to 1 device forever, so:

Within 1 subscription, you are free to switch between as many devices as you wish.
(Each time, however, you would need to install the app from scratch.)
In case you want more than one device tracked at the same time, you will need additional subscriptions.

How does xMobi work?

The target devices that we can monitor are a) Android devices and b) iOS devices.
(Target device is the phone/tablet which you need to monitor.)

So, please note this:

We only need the target device (not your personal phone).
The target device ought to have access to the Internet.

What is Android?

Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Pixel, LG, 1Plus, etc.

What is iOS?

iPhone & iPad only.

How often will it update from the target device?

Android devices get updated every 15 min on average.
iOS devices may take up to 24 hours per 1 update cycle.

Where can I check all data from the device?

You will have your account on our website.
Having logged in to your account using any browser, all the information will be found there.

How to monitor Android?

You will receive step-by-step instructions in the welcoming email after the purchase.
In short: you have to download and install the app onto the target device and adjust the settings. Keep in mind, physical access to the target device is required.

How to monitor iOS?

You will receive detailed step-by-step instructions in the welcoming email after the purchase.
In short: you have to provide iCloud credentials of the target iOS device and adjust the necessary settings. Keep in mind, physical access to the target device may NOT be required.

Is the icon visible?

iOS devices: not visible.
Android devices: not visible - you can hide it in the settings.

Does the phone need a SIM card?

No, you do not need a SIM card to monitor with xMobi.

What do I do after the purchase?

After the purchase, you need to wait for an email from us.
The email will have all the details to help you get started.
One thing we would ask you to do is this:
