Riotly Social Media Review 2022

What builds and grows your Instagram? Engagement. What’s engagement? Liking, commenting, following, unfollowing, direct messaging, sharing, and posting are examples of engagement. Without it, no one will engage with you and your brand or business will be left behind and your competitors will grab all your potential customers.

No one wants to be left behind. Businesses want to gain customers with the goal of building relationships and revenue. Doing this on Instagram is a time-consuming set of activities and tasks required to build and grow your account.

It’s the time-consuming part that drives people to third-party Instagram growth companies online. While not all of these companies are the bad guys that create the risk of getting your Instagram banned, there are enough of them out there to warrant reading reviews.

Riotly Social Media is on the review block today.

What is Riotly Social Media?

I have done some extensive research to uncover the truth about Riotly Social Media. There is good news and there is bad news, but we will start by discussing what they claim to be and do, and then what they really do.

Riotly claims to be a social media agency “fanatical” about helping you grow your Instagram. After examining the website, I found that they are simply another Instagram bot that creates a risk to your account.

Let’s discuss more about the features, pricing, and safety and security of this website and company.

What are Riotly’s Main Features?

After you read that they are a social media marketing agency on the home page, you find the following features and services they claim to provide.

Features

  • Engage with your target audience to increase your fanbase
  • Engage with your fanbase
  • Monetize your Instagram account to expand your exposure
  • Analyze your target market
  • Perform monotonous tasks on your behalf
  • Direct messaging management
  • Country targeting
  • Concierge style service and support

All they expect of you is to choose a plan and give them some information like tell the about your target market.

If they do actually perform services via real social interactions, that’s great, but some things don’t add up even though they get some good reviews (if they are real).

Is Riotly Social Media Safe?

Let’s check out the site protocols to find out if it’s safe.

Pros

  • Secure https site protects your activities and information shared on the website
  • Transparency in pricing and features
  • FAQ and help page present
  • Verified payment gateway and Paypal seals
  • Onsite chat support available during mostly business hours
  • Addresses, email, and phone numbers for locations

Cons

  • No 24/7 support
  • Potentially fake onsite reviews
  • Possibly a bot

This service was a tough call for me, but I think it may be too risky to use. That’s just my opinion. IGReviews considers it a high risk (4/10) and state that it’s essentially a resell brand of MassPlanner. I concur with that thought.

Final Thoughts

While the website is safe, and the services are legit and work, that automated bot issue is an underlying problem.

One Response

  1. Thanks to Riotly my Instagram bussiness account was disabled, it was such a loss for our business, I will never recommend it to anybody, I lost contacts, info, effort and years of building my community. They claim they “never” loose accounts, Instagram has not responded to all our emails so there is nothing else to do. So sad!

I blog about a range of tech topics.

For the last 7 years I have been a social media marketing specialist and business growth consultant, so I write about those the most.

Full transparency: I do review a lot of services and I try to do it as objectively as possible; I give honest feedback and only promote services I believe truly work (for which I may or may not receive a commission) – if you are a service owner and you think I have made a mistake then please let me know in the comments section.
