Poprey Review 2024 – Is It a Scam?

Poprey Review 2024

Poprey is a follower buying service.

The ever-growing desire to get instant popularity on Instagram has created a trend using bots for engagement that is very risky to your Instagram account.

It isn’t a good idea to go for the quick engagement that could cause you to lose your account and adversely affect your credibility.

Before you choose robotic engagement, check out the company that is offering this service.

There are a lot of companies out there these days that offer bots as growth partners, but this doesn’t mean that they’re good.

In fact, there are some companies that are actually a scam and are just trying to pry your personal information off you, so that they can sell it on. Obviously, you don’t want any part of this.

What you do want, though, are good recommendations.

Hi, I’m Jonathon Spire, and I’ve been doing this for long enough to know a fair amount about what a legit Instagram growth company looks like, and what it looks like when it’s a scam.

Hopefully, after reading today’s review, you’ll have a better understanding of what to look out for, and how to determine which company is going go be best for what you need.

This review will tell you about the ins, outs, pros, cons, and safety or risk of using Poprey for Instagram engagement.

Poprey Review

Poprey’s website uses a 301 redirect from Userey, which tells me perhaps they changed their name, but not their owner.

This website doesn’t offer much about what it does. It just jumps right into the packages and pricing, then openly displays the kind of Bots they use.

The first word that comes to mind when looking at a company like this is ‘simple’.

They are too simple to be good, and too simple to be terrible – they’re right in the middle of it all, which means they’re average.

However, average isn’t good, either, and we’ve got our defences up at the fact that they offer what looks like to be a bot.

Their bots offer features we will address next.

Poprey’s Main Features

Since Poprey openly admits to using bots, I will just warn you against this service (bots are known technologies that get people banned from social media, including Instagram) before we go forward with this review.

The bots on Poprey are touted to provide these features.

  • Starts in 12 Hours
  • Gradual Delivery
  • No Guarantee
  • Normal Looking
  • 30-Day Warranty

Their gradual delivery will ensure that you get their engagement slowly, so that your account doesn’t appear to be spammy.

Their warranty is good because it means that you can dispute their features without losing anything within the first 30 days.

Obviously, it’s not great that Poprey offer no guarantee – this should be a big warning sign that they’re not that great.

  • 500 Followers for $3.20

  • 1,000 Comments for $69.90
  • 2,000 Comments for $99.90
  • 5,000 Comments for $199.90

The only positive thing that we have to say about their pricing is that it’s tiered.

This means that there are many different options to choose from, based on specific engagement needs.

This allows you to choose something that’s within your budget, and not purchase additional features you won’t use.

Is Poprey Safe? Is Poprey a Scam?

As with any service that offers to deliver engagement for Instagram accounts, Poprey has its pros and cons.

Pros

  • Secure https website compliance
  • Contact form-fill page
  • Transparency in packages and pricing
  • FAQ page

Cons

  • No onsite reviews or testimonials. This is worrying – they should be able to provide positive reviews about their features.
  • The site is too new to have many reviews
  • They admit to using Bot technology known to get accounts banned. Obviously, this is the biggest concern, and something that you definitely need to take onboard when deciding for yourself whether they’re a legit company or not.

The website is safe to browse, but I would avoid signing up for the service based on the blatant use of bots. I found off-site reviews here.

What About Info on Their Team?

So, what does their website say about the team behind the brand?

Remember earlier when we talked about how this website is a redirection from another?

This means that we can’t really know for sure who is actually behind these features.

Additionally, they haven’t included any information on Proprey’s website about members of the company, which does raise suspicion.

You should be able to get this information relatively easily.

Review Conclusion

This website is obviously not popular.

It is too simple in my opinion and they openly admit to the use of Instagram bots for gaining followers, likes, auto likes, views, and comments.

Avoid this type of automation when you can.

I don’t recommend using this service for Instagram engagement. It’s too risky.

You need something that’s a lot more accountable to its clients, and a bit more complex without being stuffy and boring.

They obviously haven’t put any effort into developing their features, which means that they’re most likely going to be ineffective.

  1. Poprey has given terrible service & all their bots are named similarly with weird fake pictures. You will be clocked. You will be ripped off. They will play every game in the book not to deliver what you paid for.

    Hard pass.

I blog about a range of tech topics.

For the last 7 years I have been a social media marketing specialist and business growth consultant, so I write about those the most.

Full transparency: I do review a lot of services and I try to do it as objectively as possible; I give honest feedback and only promote services I believe truly work (for which I may or may not receive a commission) – if you are a service owner and you think I have made a mistake then please let me know in the comments section.
