Unfortunately, Jumper Media has chosen not to be transparent with their packages and pricing.
I guess that’s what they mean by “simple”. They could charge anything they want since they are vague about their pricing structure.
This also means that there’s a very real chance you could get hit with hidden costs further down the track, too.
You could come across admin fees and other ways that they try to make a profit from their clients without really helping them with their growth.
Is Jumper Media Safe? Is It a Scam?
Before I determine the safety or risk of Jumper Media, let’s look at their positives and negatives.
Positives
- Jumper Media managed to jump the hurdle and pass the secure website test with https protocol. Not only does this secure their website, it gets them a better ranking on Google.
Negatives
- Jumper Media did not pass the transparency test for packages and pricing.
- While they have a few scattered FAQs on the homepage, they have no dedicated FAQ or Help page. You don’t get to learn more about them before you sign up, which can be very risky.
- There is no mention of 24/7 customer support, which is the earmark of a prepared service. In fact, we hardly recommend aligning yourself with any company out there who can’t provide this calibre of service. It’s just not worth it – especially if you have an urgent technical issue.
- Jumper Media failed the contact test with no email or phone form.
- Their reviews are close to believable, but they are not likely real. I question whether they paid for those reviews. Most companies like this that have a low level of accountability with the client will pay for positive reviews.
- Passing the verified payment system test is a deal breaker, and Jumper Media failed. They don’t use verified payment gateways. Your payment information is at risk on this website.
Since Jumper Media passed only one of the tests, I cannot recommend it as safe. It’s a risky service.

By the way, this company is not BBB accredited and has a couple of complaints.
While Jumper Media could possibly be a good call in a perfect world, they would have so much to improve upon to reach this level.
It’s much better to find something that’s already put the effort in, so that you can grow a legit Instagram page without fear of being suspended for it.
Opt for something else, and protect your reputation.
