Instavast Review 2024

Instavast is an Instagram bot designed to boost people’s followings.

Who doesn’t want to find faster and easier ways to engage and market on social media, especially Instagram?

It’s understandable that you would want to use full automation for your Instagram growth and engagement, but how careful should you be about making that leap?

You don’t want to invest in a service that uses Instagram bots that will cause your account to get banned.

You do want results and full control of who, what, where, and how you engage on Instagram.

For legit companies that can help you actually grow a following without the spam, you need to know what to look for.

My name is Jonathon Spire.

I have been in this industry for a while now, which means that I have a fair idea about what’s legit, and what’s not.

I also know which red flags to look for, and which to leave alone.

I hope that you can learn something about reviewing companies today, so that you can tell the difference as well.

We’re going to discuss Instavast in this review and provide you with insights that will help you decide if this service is for you.

This way, you can decide whether they’re legit or not.

Important Instavast Update:

Before we get into this review, we would like to inform you that most bots have essentially quit working on Instagram as well as other social media platforms.

Not only that, but they have also been getting more negative reviews on trusted third-party sites. Some have even recently been shut down for violating Instagram’s terms of service and/or legal copyright.

Ever since Mass Planner got shut down for using bot technology just a few years ago, Instagram has been consistently updating its algorithm to catch this kind of activity. That is why other automated and bot services have been shut down.

This trend is not likely to subside, so, you need to learn how to keep your IG account safe from getting banned by choosing the right services to help you with Instagram growth and engagement.

The Trouble With Bots

We understand how tempting bots and automation sounds when you’re trying to boost your Instagram exposure, but we aren’t prone to recommending services that use bots on social media for good reasons.

Why?

Bots often come with spammy engagement, fake followers, random and generic comments, and generic messages, depending on the social media site you’re using. In this instance, we are discussing Instagram, since Instavast caters exclusively to Instagram.

Right off the bat, the fact that “Insta” is part of the name of this service runs up the red flag. Instagram has copyrighted the term “Insta” and “Gram”, which means that Instavast is violating a legal copyright that is likely to get it shut down.

While we will be covering how this service works, its pros and cons, its risk and safety levels, and other aspects of this company, there are things we already know just from a quick look about on the site.

Some bots are so risky that just by using them, Instagram will flag your account and then suspend or even ban you from the platform for using an Instagram bot.

With that said, we will continue with this review and go over the things you need to know about Instavast.

That way, you will know if this is a company with which you want to do business. After all, it’s your choice.

Instavast Review

Instavast - logo

Instavast markets itself as a web-based service that is supposed to help grow their customer’s Instagram accounts via promotion and management.

The language like automatic scheduling, liking, commenting, following and such points to this being another average Instagram bot.

Essentially, they follow other people for you hoping they will go look at your page in return and engage with you.

Then, the more you engage, the bigger your Instagram following should become.

At least, that’s how it’s supposed to work in theory.

The Importance of Legit Engagement and Followers

While you do need numbers of followers in order to get more popular, the followers need to be real and active to offer value to your Instagram account and online presence.

You see, it’s not all about the numbers. It’s also about the activity. Real followers who provide real likes, comments, and shares are your bread and butter.

Real Vs Fake Followers

Real followers: Real followers are real people who follow you because they are interested in your content. They are part of your target audience in whatever niche you are marketing.

This can include demographics like age, gender, country, location, and others.

Because they are interested in your content, they will engage and share it so that more people just like them will see you and potentially follow and engage with you.

This ideal can snowball in your favor.

If you’re selling anything, real and active followers have a good chance of being converted into loyal customers.

Fake followers: Fake followers are exactly how this sounds; fake. They are not real people, but may be fake profiles, ghost accounts, or simply inactive accounts. They are not part of your target audience at all.

These are not real people to start with, so there is no way a fake audience can be interested in your content. Therefore, no real engagement.

For short periods of time, fake followers may make your numbers look better, but they come with the risk of making your account look less credible.

Fake followers are often prone to dropping off your account, which is noticeable by the algorithm when this activity starts to look suspicious.

If you are selling things on Instagram, fake followers offer no value to your account and cannot be turned into loyal customers. Therefore, we consider fake followers high-risk.

Now, let’s talk about how Instavast gets followers for you via its features.

Instavast’s Main Features

Instavast - Features

Before you invest in such services, you should know what features they offer.

Instavast’s Features

  • Fully Automated
  • Smart Targeting
  • Privacy & Safety
  • Set & Forget
  • No Downloads
  • Support & Guide
  • Statistics & Analytics
  • Affordable Pricing
  • Schedule Posts
  • Hashtag Generator
  • Unlimited Account Management

These features are much what you would expect from an Instagram bot, so there’s nothing new here.

This same technology is what has been getting IG accounts banned and also what has been getting bot and automation services shut down.

That doesn’t make it good or bad. Update: With Instagram’s update APIs, it’s more risky than safe, or more bad than good.

That doesn’t mean that Instavast is particularly risky if you use it right. Yes. There is a right way and a wrong way to use a service.

Pros and Cons

Pros
  • Https Secure Site Protocol
  • Visible Packages & Pricing
  • FAQ Page
  • Verified Payment Via Paypal
Cons
  • No Email or Form Fill Contact (except for ticket support)
  • No Real Onsite Reviews
  • No 24/7 Help or Assistance Visible
  • The Use of ‘Insta’ in Their Name (an Instagram copyright no-no)

I have no doubt that this company wants to provide quality services, but off-site user reviews tell another story here, here, and here.

However, their name and user reviews I saw off-site tell me they could do much better.

Off-site reviews can say a lot about a company, both good and bad.

While it’s pretty normal for even the best companies out there to have the odd negative review, it’s a red flag if all they have are negative reviews.

It’s also not good that they don’t have positive on-site reviews, either.

Another thing that’s a big concern is that they don’t have very good customer support.

With companies like this, it’s really important that they’re able to help their clients with technical issues whenever they have them.

If they can’t then their clients are going to get pretty jaded, pretty quick.

What About the Team?

Companies that are legit and have a lot of respect for their clients will make sure to say a little bit about themselves on their website.

This is a good way to get to know the team behind the services, so it doesn’t feel so impersonal.

We didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have anything like this on their website – we think that in this department at least they could do a lot better.

Review Conclusion

As for their name, you can read CNET’s article about Instagram’s copyright and infringement here.

Personally, I think it’s a shame that they haven’t changed their name and improved their customer service since they have built such a grand website.

Overall, we think this service is probably not the best way to engage on Instagram. However, it’s also not the worst.

The Instagram copyright violation may not have come to the attention of Instagram yet, but it’s likely that it will get them shut down if they fail to change their name.

We don’t recommend using bots, but if you use Instavast the right way and avoid going over your limits, it might work out okay. Just remember that all bots come with at least some risk.

Though this is a bot, it’s violating a copyright, its customer service is lacking, and its user reviews are poor to mediocre, there are instructions on how to use this service with the risk of getting banned.

Again, there is always a risk. However, if you follow the instructions and guidelines by being cautious about what you publish and be prudent about sticking to Instagram’s limits and guidelines, your risk should be lowered.

Thus far, there have been no known instances of getting any Instagram accounts banned. Connecting your Instagram account to Instavast alone is not likely to get your account banned.

Taking unnecessary risks with your engagement limits and your content could.

Keep in mind that if Instavast gets shut down due to its copyright infringement, your engagement will be adversely affected. You will have worked hard to create relevant content for your followers, just to lose your credibility if that happens.

Ultimately, how you choose to grow and engage on Instagram is up to you. We are just providing information to help you.

  1. Instavast is a piece of garbage. They said that you can try it for $2 for 3 days but Instagram changed their algorithms so nothing happened in the last 3 days.. asked for a refund but they won’t give it up.. IT DOES NOT WORK!

I blog about a range of tech topics.

For the last 7 years I have been a social media marketing specialist and business growth consultant, so I write about those the most.

Full transparency: I do review a lot of services and I try to do it as objectively as possible; I give honest feedback and only promote services I believe truly work (for which I may or may not receive a commission) – if you are a service owner and you think I have made a mistake then please let me know in the comments section.
