In my opinion, the website is a little spammy looking as soon as you land on it. After reading what they do and offer, it’s obvious that this is another Instagram bot that is likely to cause your Instagram account to be suspended or banned.
Any bot use increases that risk, so I would advise caution when looking at Instagram bots for engagement and growth.

Is Instajam Safe?
The first thing I see is that they are in violation of Instagram’s copyright by using the term ‘insta’ in their name. Companies that use ‘gram’ or ‘IG’ are also in violation. In this case, the risk for a lawsuit against Instajam is high.
There is also the possibility of being suspended or banned from using Instagram due to their botting technology.
However, Instajam does have its pros and cons regarding website safety and security.

- Https secure site – Important for protecting your information you share there and guarantees you will find them in a Google search
- FAQ page – While their FAQ data is crammed into their home page, like everything else, they have at least included FAQ and help on the page
- Verified payment gateways – Instajam cares enough to provide secure payment gateways so your payment information is secure
- Visible prices – They have a separate, clickable link to their packages and pricing, which is a factor of transparency
Cons
- 24/7 support – While the most expensive package offers priority support, there isn’t any indication they have 24/7 support for their members
- Real reviews – I found no user reviews on their site
Final Thoughts
I see a spammy website, botting technology, and a copyright infringement issue with Instajam. I cannot recommend it. You can read off-site reviews here to see I am not alone in my opinion.
