The first problem I found is in their name. They are using “insta” in their name, which is a violation of Instagram’s copyright. It may be unintentional, and they may provide valuable services, but their name alone poses a high risk of being shut down.
After looking at the packages, I noticed that the contact email is the same as an Instagram bot that I previously reviewed that has been shut down. That site no longer exists. This is a clone or remake of Sara Agency. It’s risky. The Small Business Blog also reviewed Sara Agency.
While these facts alone make this a high-risk method of engagement for your Instagram, we will address the positives and negatives of this service.
Positives
- Https Secure Website: It’s no surprise that they have the https protocol secure site since it helps them rank higher on Google. It’s also a nice thing to have for protecting client information.
- Transparent Pricing: They provide you with information about their packages and pricing so there are no surprises or hidden fees.
- FAQ/Help Page: Insta Agency has taken the effort to produce a separate page for FAQs and help, which is a good way to introduce potential clients to their services.
- Real Reviews: While I am usually suspicious of onsite reviews, these appear to be real.
Negatives
- No Verified Payment Gateway: They aren’t using a verified payment system, so your payment information is at risk.
- 24/7 Support: While they may respond to support issues in a reasonable time, they have no 24/7 support, which is a deal-breaker in my view.
- Email/Phone Form: While they have a form for signup and contact, it doesn’t appear to be the kind that maintains a database of users that allows them to contact clients regarding website updates, changes, and downtime.
I cannot recommend this agency because I don’t believe it’s safe.
Final Thoughts
