HypePlanner Review – Is It a Scam?

HypePlanner Review 2024

So, you want to make a real difference to your Instagram growth – but you don’t really know-how, or where to start. You could do it yourself, but we all know that this is going to take up way more of your time than you actually have.

You wish you could devote more time to content and less time to engage. For this, you need a company – but you need a company that you can trust, who isn’t going to short-change you or scam your page.

Let’s review HypePlanner, and decide if they’re a good fit for what you need or not.

HypePlanner logo

HypePlanner is one of those companies that promises incredibly fast Instagram growth.

They say that they can help clients reach their potential, and they have 24/7 customer support to help with anything they need.

There is a risk here that they’re just another bot, and we don’t think you should go with any company that has this type of risk.

What is HypePlanner?

So, HypePlanner is one of those companies that, of course, speaks very highly of their own features.

They say that they are the kind of Instagram growth experts that can help you get thousands of people checking out your account, but at what cost?

They claim that their clients don’t have to lift a finger to benefit from their features, which is pretty great if you’re limited on time.

It would be pretty great if this were true, but it’s not. You’re going to lose out as a result of their mediocre features.

What are HypePlanner’s Main Features?

So, what are their main features, then? They say that they can research your brand for you so that they can target the perfect audience for your content.

They claim to spend a decent amount of time working out what your target audience is, but we don’t think that they do. We think that they have generic features which aren’t tailor made.

They say that you can also change the way that they target your audience whenever you want, and they don’t mess with bots or fake followers – yeah right. They definitely do.

HypePlanner also claims something else – to be compliant with Instagram’s terms and conditions around using a third party service.

HypePlanner says that they can dedicate an Instagram specialist for each client, as well as around the clock support and management so that you’re never left hanging.

This is also a lie. They definitely aren’t compliant with Instagram.

Plans and Prices

HypePlanner Pricing

What’s strange about HypePlanner is that they only appear to have one price point as far as we can tell. This is going to set you back $149 a month.

We don’t love the idea of this, primarily because it means that it doesn’t allow for different budgets. If you can’t afford this, there’s not a lot that you can do about it.

We also don’t like that you get all of the features in one – but you might not end up using them all.

This means that you’re stuck paying a lot of money for just a few features, some of which you won’t end up using. You are also paying way too much for their features.

What About Hypeplanner’s Team?

The thing about companies like this is that you’ve got to make sure that they have a lot of information about their team on their website, in order for you to feel confident that you can trust them.

Naturally, companies that want to be able to establish good working relationships with their clients that can last for a long time are prepared to be upfront and honest about everything from the beginning, and this is going to include as much information as possible about what’s going on behind the scenes.

If you aren’t able to get a glimpse into the process of how they create their services, then you are going to be left wondering what their agenda is, and what they’re really trying to achieve.

We are pretty disappointed to say that we couldn’t find any kind of information like this on Hypeplanner’s website, which means that there is a really good chance that their only intention is to make a profit, and then disappear at some point.

How Did Hypeplanner Do in Tests?

We wanted to make sure that we gave you a fair and honest review, which is why we decided to sign up for one of their packages. We decided to sign up for their standard package, which cost us $79 a month.

They say that they would send us quality daily growth, as well as organic and targeted growth, and real followers for our Instagram profile.

This is all well and good, but when we received their Instagram growth, while it did come on time, we were immediately disappointed.

We realized immediately that their engagement didn’t have a high retention rate, meaning that a lot of the followers dropped off after just a couple of days.

This is indicative of them being fake, because if they were real and genuine, they would hang around and actually want to interact with our content.

Naturally, this means that we wasted our money, and you’re going to be wasting yours if you go for a company like this.

Is HypePlanner Safe? Is It a Scam?

Is HypePlanner safe to use? We don’t think so, but have included a list of pros and cons to make it easier for you to be convinced.

There are lots of companies that look just like this out there, so you definitely have to make sure you do your homework beforehand.

Review Verdict

So, ultimately while we do appreciate that HypePlanner has done everything they can to appear to be above board and the type of company you want to associate with, unfortunately, we don’t think that they’re worth using.

We think that they’re just another Instagram bot that’s going to get your account in trouble.

This is obviously the last thing you want, especially if you’ve already spent a lot of time, and money, building up your online reputation.

We think that it’s a lot better to go for something else out there that isn’t as generic as the rest of them.

Avoid a company like this at all costs.

I blog about a range of tech topics.

For the last 7 years I have been a social media marketing specialist and business growth consultant, so I write about those the most.

Full transparency: I do review a lot of services and I try to do it as objectively as possible; I give honest feedback and only promote services I believe truly work (for which I may or may not receive a commission) – if you are a service owner and you think I have made a mistake then please let me know in the comments section.
