Company Strategies for Web Design and SEO

Companies around the world all have two goals on the web. The first goal is to have a web design that most web visitors find attractive. The second goal is to have a large popularity and SEO audience around their online image.

Building a reputation online and producing a great web design can be simple if being strategic.

4 Simple Strategies for Web Design

1- Updating your Website. Updating your website on a regular basis will promote a faster index of your company web pages. It is recommended to update your website with new content at least four times a month for best results.

2- Choosing your Layout. Selecting the perfect layout for your company can score you a great visitor first impression. Web visitors are the people that will judge your website. Upon landing on your website, the average visitor may decide to stay on your site or they may leave very quickly. Your web design can influence this decision. The ‘one-page’ layout is the fashionable choice at the moment.

3- Being Specific with Colors. Every company should have a brand color theme. This theme should be distributed through the website too. Ensure that all web colors are very deliberate & specific, and on the same tone. By having the same color scheme on all company pages, it will secure a more professional website view.

4- Mobile Friendly Pointer. Mobile devices have become extremely popular this year. The average mobile device visitor browses the web an average of 11 times a day. With this rate, it is now recommended that every web design should be responsive.

4 Simple Strategies for SEO

1- Social Media Accounts. Every company has a trademarked name, this name should be the username used for all social media accounts. When a web visitor searches google for a company, their social media accounts should be listed on their website. It is recommended to share 2 – 10 social media accounts on a website. You should also spend time growing your social media following either organically or with the help of an Instagram bot.

2- WordPress Blogging. WordPress still rules CMS when it comes to blogging. Well written articles will increase a companies trust on the web. A website with great articles will ultimately have better SEO ranks than a site that lacks well-written articles.

3-Press Release. Every year, do a Press Release for your company. A press release spreads more brand awareness on the web and it makes a company even more expansive in terms of visibility.

4-Active Use. Activity is the most important thing to do for your company. Having an active website and blog will secure higher visibility on the web. We recommend consistent social media shares and blog posts!

There are millions and millions of website results on Google. It is important for your company to stand out from the competition. Having a mix of a great web design along with a good SEO strategy can give your brand that boost.

I blog about a range of tech topics.

For the last 7 years I have been a social media marketing specialist and business growth consultant, so I write about those the most.

Full transparency: I do review a lot of services and I try to do it as objectively as possible; I give honest feedback and only promote services I believe truly work (for which I may or may not receive a commission) – if you are a service owner and you think I have made a mistake then please let me know in the comments section.
