Twitter is a platform that moves fast, so information is constantly scrolling in the feed. It’s hard to keep up with its pace, even when you have a narrowed niche.

Time is another challenge, since few of us have the time it takes to follow and engage enough to get the results we want from the platform.

These challenges along with the algorithms used on Twitter, much like other social media networks, make marketing more difficult, but not impossible,

One of the ways marketers try to speed up the process or boost their followers and engagement is to enlist the services of companies that sell or offer services claiming to grow and engage on your Twitter account.

Sometimes these services work, but more often than not, they don’t. That’s one of the reasons we provide these unbiased reviews for our readers. Our goal is to inform, but not push you in one direction or another.

The ultimate decision for your Twitter engagement is completely your decision.

Let’s see if stands up to the test. Review logo is a Twitter growth company that can help you – or can they?

How many times have you seen a third-party Twitter growth service claim they will boost your Twitter and your engagement on the social media platform? Now, how many times has it happened for you that way?

There are effective methods to grow your Twitter account and there are harmful ways to do it. Not all these Twitter digital marketing services are what they claim to be.

That’s why doing your research and learning how to spot a scam or a company that uses less credible methods for engagement is so imperative.

Reviews not only tell you about a company but teach you what to look for when you’re looking for a reliable and credible service. Likewise, you learn to detect the harmful ones.

Hi, my name is Jonathon Spire, and I love the thought of being able to help my readers know more about the Twitter growth industry so that they can grow their Twitter accounts safely.

Hi, my name is Jonathon Spire, and I love the thought of being able to help my readers know more about the Twitter growth industry so that they can grow their Twitter accounts safely.

There are so many third-party brands to choose from these days, it’s virtually impossible to know which are legit and which aren’t unless you’re a seasoned expert. I’m here to help you know the difference so that you can get the growth that you need.

This review about will tell you what you need to know about this service and the website.

What Is is a company that provides services for Twitter-based growth.

They have services like a scheduler, a publisher, and other functions and it allows you to monitor your Twitter activities.

As with any Twitter growth service, has its pros and cons, which we will discuss after we cover the main features and pricing.

We appreciate that they have so many different features under one roof. This means that you can consolidate your Twitter growth without having to spend money on another service or company.

What Are Commun.It’s Main Features?

Commun. It Main Features is a growth tool that offers these features for your Twitter.

  • Easy-to-Use Dashboard
  • Uncover New Leads
  • Create an Audience
  • All Notification in One Place
  • Schedule Posts from All Networks at Once
  • Intelligent Suggestions for New Interactions

It’s always nice finding companies that come with dashboards – this lets you tweak their features to suit your needs.

It’s also good having all of your notifications in one place – this is going to end up saving you a lot of time.

However, an easy-to-use and highly functional dashboard doesn’t mean that is reliable or safe.

It does mean that they took the time to create a great dashboard, but did they think about how they are engaging?

Pricing Pricing

The website has a button that to get started for free now, but you must sign in using your Twitter credentials. This tool is free to use across all your social media for 14 days.

The only plan they mention on the website is the business plan for $24.99 per month or $299 per year.

  • No Commitment
  • Money-Back Guarantee
  • Risk-Free Plan

Having a money-back guarantee means that you don’t have to worry about losing any of your investment if things don’t end up working out with this company.

Is Safe? Is a Scam?

Safety has as much to do with the website as the services of this company, so let’s take an in-depth look into both.

  • Secure https site protocol
  • Visible business plan pricing
  • Verified payment gateways
  • Real, genuine onsite client reviews/testimonials
  • Form-fill contact page on the site
  • No FAQ/Help page
  • Lack of 24/7 active customer support

The site and tool of are good, but the growth-based portion of the service seems to lack results.

We do appreciate that they have put effort into securing their website. This means that you don’t have to worry about hackers getting your personal information.

We also like that they have made their pricing visible to potential clients – it means that you won’t get hit with hidden costs further down the track.

Update of

This service may have once been a good one with a good reputation, but recently, they have been getting some very bad reviews on Trustpilot.

Some of the complaints include:

  • They no longer monitor their Twitter account due to complaints.
  • Left with a huge bill for a subscription without response.
  • Keeps charging for subscriptions after trying to cancel.
  • Autoresponder answers to cancellation requests.
  • Numerous emails without response to issues.
  • No response after trying to cancel after the 14-day trial.
  • Fraudulent service – people never received refunds.
  • Lots of bugs and malfunctioning
  • It used to be really good, but not anymore.

These negative reviews are quite detailed, which is a sign that they are real and honest.

What About Their Team?

Companies that care about their clients and being transparent with them will include additional information on their website about the team behind the features.

We don’t think that has enough of this information to be considered transparent, but they still have thought of other things their webpage needs.

Review Conclusion

I wouldn’t use personally.

We do know that bots, automation, and fake engagement services have quit working on Instagram, but that seems to have taken the leap into other social media networks like Twitter.

If not that, has taken a fall and has failed to keep up the system or monitor it. One user did mention that their

Twitter page is no longer monitored by anyone, so the same could have happened on the website as well.

The best and smartest thing you can do to get Twitter followers and for your Twitter presence is to engage with the right services for growth and Twitter activities.

Avoid those that pose a high risk of getting banned from Twitter, which results in adversely affecting your overall online reputation, which is difficult to recover.

Read reviews, watch for warning signs on the website like looking spammy, not showing their prices, not using verified gateways, no contact information, and no real onsite user reviews or testimonials.

Look for off-site reviews and testimonials for any website that offers Twitter growth services. If there isn’t enough information, move to the next one and avoid that problem.

Essentially, there are just too many things going wrong with lately for us to say it’s okay or safe to use.

Final Thoughts

Due to changes in social media algorithms and detection programming, you must do

more research and dig a little deeper nowadays to uncover a company that uses acceptable methods to help you grow and engage.

Be aware of those without much information out there about them, and those with bad reviews.

Also watch out for the user reviews on third-party sites because some companies are paying for good reviews that are fake just to improve their ratings.

Trustpilot is one of these third-party sites, but they are diligent about catching this issue and handle it quickly in most cases.

  1. I will say it’s a scam because they lack of any support. I was looking for decent community management system for our startup B2B platform and was testing some of it. So I’ve looked upon and give it a try. Was excited about some of their features but couldn’t connect any other social accounts beside Twitter and after testing 2 days ( they “supposed” to give 14 days trial) we have decided to drop it and go for a refund ( July 29th, 2020 ).

Now it’s the 19th September not a single answer from them ( we sent numerous emails, tweets, tickets ect. ) nothing! For 300$ you at least expect any support so – yes it’s a scam and don’t go for it.
